2024-25 Educational Benefits Form
Bonita USD proudly participates in the Universal Free Meals Program. Every student will receive 1 free breakfast and 1 free lunch per day, each school day courtesy of the district. Although meals are free, families should still submit an Educational Benefit Form to allow for the following opportunities:
- Access to free or reduced Daycare.
- Qualification for free bus passes.
- Free or Reduced testing for AP, SAT, and other exams.
- Eligibility for Summer EBT.
- Possible discounts for local utilities in your city (please check with your city).
- Increased State and Federal Funding for your student’s school.
