PTA Membership Drive
The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a registered non-profit organization that prides itself on being a powerful voice for children, a relevant resource for parents, and a strong advocate for public education.

The PTA does so many good things for La Verne Heights because of this long-standing program. For instance, by simply becoming a member of the PTA, at a nominal $10.00 per school year, the PTA is able to operate at our school. The PTA pays for LVH's assemblies, incentives for Accelerated Reader, The Great Artist Program and library expenses. They host key events throughout the school year such as the Carnival, Book Fair, Family Nights, Talent Show, Dance Festival, etc. The PTA organizes programs that help generate funds for our school like Box Tops for Education, Spirit Wear and Yearbook. With excellent participation, you help keep the PTA program going and thriving.
PTA Membership Drive runs from the beginning of the school year through September. Please encourage everyone to join. PTA's goal is 2 memberships per family and ONLY $10.00 a year (plus a dollar for the online processing fees).
